I came in here from Mitsubishi due to Mitsubishi jerking me around, not wanting to properly diagnose my vehicle and not honoring my warranty. I called this shop and all the men were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very professional and honest! They did my rear rotors and brakes. I would take my vehicle here again over any other place or dealership. Thank you so much !!

I can't say enough good things about Newell's Auto Repair. They have done amazing work on three of my vehicles. I recommend them to my family and friends because they are fair and honest with their services. There is trust and transparency at Newell's Auto. They are family owned and operated, which I prefer to the dealerships and corporate shops.

Excellent Service and Quality Work I've had nothing but great experiences with Newell's auto repair shop. They’ve done some incredible work on my truck — top-notch quality at fair and honest prices. It's hard to find a place that combines craftsmanship, affordability, and professionalism like this. In addition to customization, they also handle regular maintenance. Oil changes, brake checks, you name it — they always do it right the first time and never try to upsell unnecessary work. I’m a car guy and it hurts when I have to throw in the towel but when I do I send my vehicle here . For example I have a 2020 jeep wrangler and my power steering randomly would go out after a week of messing with it I set a appointment with Newells dropped it off after hrs and had it back the next day (it was a broken wire ) no bs no stupid upsells for unnecessary work just clean simple fair quality repair and customer service! Thanks guys !!!

Nick is excellent! Did a alignment for me on my 2500 express Chevy Van. He said it was not bad. Watch the passengers side. If and when I need new tires maybe repair one thing so she goes down the road and does not wear new tires wrong. His comment was its so close to perfect, just leave it for now and drive it... Also, said that's what he would do if it was his!!!! As a plumber for a living and business owner. Nick runs his business like I. Just tell the truth!!! I will be going back!! Outstanding Service & True Advocates for Their Customers! I can’t say enough good things about Newell’s Auto Repair. Not only did they diagnose my car’s issue quickly and honestly, but they also went above and beyond when the dealership originally refused to honor my warranty. The team here took the time to document everything clearly and helped me understand the problem. Thanks to their work, the dealership finally agreed to cover the repair under warranty, something I never could’ve accomplished on my own. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely puts the customer first, but these folks absolutely do. If you’re looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly supportive automotive experts, this is the place. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I have been taking my cars to Newells for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Even when they have a chance to make more money, I’ve experienced first hand that they put the customer first and do whatever is best for them. I don’t think I have enough good things to say about them. It applies to the entire process, from the interactions I have with them, to the consistency in fixing my car. Awesome mechanics. Fair, Honest and just great people to do business with. Always my go to mechanic and always goes above and beyond to get me and my family taken care of! Much love to these guys. Have had them do work on 3 of my vehicles (Everything from oil changes to bigger repairs!) and would not take them anywhere else!Bring your vehicles here!
